Background Information :

In addition to advertising, we solicited bids for a boiler at South Fulton Middle High School (specifications attached). We received bids from two (2) companies, which are summarized on the bid request tally sheet. Individual bids were as follows:

Hotel and Restaurant Supply– $11,200.00

Chef's Supply – $12,285.58

Staff Recommendation:

I recommend approval of the lowest bid that meets all the specifications.
